((Yeah, I know. But in my mind I think I would've been more likely to find them if I hadn't told you I wanted one.))

A purple snake like pokemon was battling a smaller, rat looking pokemon. They turned, and noticed Dali and the gang. They decided to put their difernces aside, and prepared to team up on them.
Rattata launched at Travari with a tackle, and the Ekans went for a wrap attack on Folcar.

Folcar hated snakes, being a bird, and shot at it with a quick attack. It narrowed its wings, shooting at the Ekans faster than he ever had before, for the attack was newly learnt.
Travari simplely jumped at the Rat pokemon, with a furious pound attack, and snorted at it.

The rattata missed his attack, and Travari landed right on it. He got back up and went for another tackle.
Ekans was also hit, and was blasted back.... It went for another wrap.

Folcar shot forward with another quick attack, it was not happy at the snake, for attempting to hurt him.
Travari didn't really care, but used yet another pound attack. She pulled her fist back and aimed for square into the rats head.

The rattata was not so easily hit this time, he dodged the move, and used a Quick Attack at Folcar, while Ekans was hit again... It got up a little slowly, and went for a wrap attack on Travari from behind.

Dali quickly threw a pokeball at the ekans, and it enveloped the snake in red light. Folcar quick attacked the rat in return, and Travari prepared to punch it with a pound attack.

The snake struggled a little bit.. and Ekans got out of the poke ball. The poke ball landed on the ground, still usuable. Ekans went for another wrap attack on Travari, and Rattata fainted, un able to go on.

Dali ran over to the pokeball, picking it back up. Travari launched an absorb attack on the snake, which because of type disadvantage would do very little. Folcar however, launched at the snake, trying to create a distraction, as he was not going to hit it.

The Ekans had obviously given up on attacking Folcar, and looked at Travari with a glint in it's eye. It used Wrap.

Dali threw the pokeball at the snake pokemon again, and Travari and Folcar jumped away from the ball, and the snake within, in case it got out.
<<Snakes, I hate the little devils>> Folcar spoke to Travari.
<<Indeed. But, I am no bird, so perhaps you know it differently.>>

Dali placed the Ekans, and it's pokeball, at her belt. She yawned, as they were yet to find a Nidoran male. Dali nodded at Folcar and he shot into the air to look for any other purple pokemon, while Dali began to train Travari.
"We must train again Travari, as you are yet to level up."
Travari groaned in pokespeak, she was tired of training so often. But Dali grabbed some rocks from the ground around her. She handed the stones to the Treecko, who looked at them curiously.
"Hurl these rocks into the lake, as far as you can."
The little treecko struggled with the stones, but threw them anyway. They didn't do much, though they did get a reasonable way across the lake, they didn't really go very far. It was because Travari was far too small to throw such big rocks cvery far.
"Ok, try and dodge these then."

Dali threw sticks at travari at alarming rates, they shot from her hand towards the little grass pokemon. There was little she could do. Travari wasn't that fast, an unfortunate truth. She tried, but she fell, and fell, until finally she dodged them. They were careful sidesteps at first, then Travari jumped onto the sticks, and danced. This followed with a congratulations from Dali and that was that. Travari had learnt dodging, or as much as she could from petty sticks.
"Ok, now swimming. This may not be useful now, but when you fight water pokemon, it certainly will." She walked up to the lake with Travari, who jumped in, leaping across lilypads and quickly arriving on the other side. She bounced back and bowed to Dali. No applause followed. "We are swimming that means in the water!" Travari lowered her head in submission and carefully stepped in. It was cold. Very cold. She tested out her movement in the water. It was slowed, and she could barely move because of the cold. <<Now I know how water pokemon feel>> She groaned. With that, she started sinking in the water, slowly down, until her head and her arms were the only things showing. Dali whistled loudly, calling Folcar, who grabbed Travari from the water, and pulled her out. Travari quickly thanked Folcar in pokespeak, then walked up to Dali, shivering, cold. Dali placed her cloak over the shivering pokemon. Slowly, she warmed up, and jumped up, as if wanting to do more training, so it would not happen again.
"If you really want to... Do you?" The treecko nodded furiously. "Then it shall be so." Dali picked up the Treecko and placed her in the water again. This time, Folcar stayed near. Slowly, they practised the strokes to move. Folcar held her up, though he was struggling with this, Travari was heavier than him, even in water. Travari was kicking, and stroking, now that Folcar and Dali had helped teach her. Dali nodded at Folcar and he let go of Travari. She started sinking, then began to stroke like she was before. She stroked back to shore, and shoke off the water all over her. She thanked Folcar, who then flew off in search of more wild pokemon. Dali, on the other hand, high-fived Travari and they walked deeper inland.
"Now, to practise strength." She handed the little Treecko a branch from a tree, and held a thickish one herself. "Try and break this stick, only with your stick." The treecko attacked it furiously, chipping off small bits of wood, but little would this do to the thick branch Dali was carrying. Travari had an idea just then. She placed the stick on top of Dali's branch. She did not object, but was rather curious to what this could be for. At that Travari jumped up, used her most powerful pound on the stick, smashing it in two, and the barnch below. Dali looked at it in shock.
"You are so powerful, ever since I got you. You truly are a valient little thing aren't you?" Travari nodded happily at Dali. "Would you like to continue?" The little Treecko nodded, but was looking tired, so Dali decided that only one more exercise should suffice for now.
She handed Travari a heavy stone, which she dropped as soon as she was passed it. "Just try and lift it, I know you're tired, so just do your best." The Treecko struggled at the stone, but was unable to lift it from the side, and it would be impossible to lift it from above. Only one option. Below. The Treecko used pound to burrow into the ground untill she was below the stone. Then she pounded up as fast as she could, and she smashed out from under the rock, and the monumentum of the pound attacks shot the rock in the air, and Dali only just dodged from losing her head to the rock. She picked up Travari and put the Treecko on her shoulder. She waited for Folcar to come with news on if there are any wild pokemon.

Travari gained two levels!
((Just barely))
A stroke of luck seemed to have come. Two levels for Travari, and what looked like a Nidoran M had been spotted by Folcar. Hard work and lots of searching do pay off in the end, eh?

((-huggletackles- Thanks for the two levels Janessa! Wow, two levels and a moderator position in one day!))
Dalia looked with her head to the side at Folcar as he shot down gabbling in Taillows and Lows. After a while Dalia thought she knew what it meant. A nidoran male. Or, maybe just another rat. She scowled at the thought, but still followed the bird pokemon, who was looking very pleased with himself. And why wouldn't he? He was a very prideful pokemon, as his nature suggested. Besides, he was well aware of what would happen if this was a Nidoran male. Food. And lots of it.

Speaking of food, the Nidoran Male was munching on some grass and berries. <Yummy.> It said, at first not noticing them. When he did notice them, he was qutie friendly. <Oh, hello there!> He said cheerfully. <Nice day, isn't it?>

Folcar watched him carefully. He knew how much it was important to Dalia to get this Nidoran. But... It seemed so peaceful right now. Travari had the same opinion and they looked at Dali. She made no reaction to them, so they assumed the lead and stepped up to the little purple creature. <<Hello little guy>>Folcar paused for a second then Travari took over. <<Would you like to come with us? We're on an adventure!>>
Dali heard the pokemon gabbling to each other, though she herself didn't have a clue what they were talking about. She looked inquizitively at the pokemon, but they didn't notice, their eyes were on the Nidoran.

Nidoran laughed slightly, for he found something about this situation funny. <I'm not little. Well, I am, but not so little compared to you. In fact, I'm eight inches taller! Just thoght I'd tell you.> He said to Folcar, then turned to Travari. <Well, you certainly don't beat around the bush, now do you? Very direct. But I don't even know what kind of adventure you're going on, if I can trust you, or who you even are!> He added, looking cautiously at Dali.
<Now, I'm not saying no. But really. How about we start out simpler. Do you guys have nicknames, or are you just Treecko and Spearow?> The Nidoran Male asked.
